Sugar snack tomato fruiting

We finished planting at Josh’s house, and transplanted the three pepper plants from my second tent in the soil. More on this later, but with this post I wanted to showcase the first truss of baby tomatoes forming under the LED ufos in my small tent. The sugar snack is an indeterminate plant that forms cherry size tomatoes in abundance, so they say. Right now there are ten trusses of tomatoes on this plant with 4 flowering/fruiting. from what ive seen, the tomatoes closest to the stem grow first, with the ones on the end growing last. Heres a question… do you pick the individual tomatoes as they ripen, or do you cut off the whole truss, and if so, do you wait for all the tomatoes to ripen?
