I loved the flavor of the last ones you sent. Great in curry. Then I got over zealous and bit about 1/4″ off. Wow! Most intense food experience of my life.

There was an eating contest in Chicago last week that was a 5 minute round eating hot wings using a ghost chili sauce. The winner ate 35 I think.

I’ve been wanting to try a ghost chili since I heard of them last year and got a friend that says he has a great salsa recipe using them. I’m looking to start a garden so I might have to try a few of these.

Thanks for the answer. I’ll have to try growing one or two when I can. I got a friend that says he loves them in salsa, says it gives it a smoky flavor. I’ve been wanting to try it.

There is a new pepper a guy in England made by crossing several peppers that is supposed to be a good deal hotter than the ghost chile, makes it sound like you get high off of the endorphin rush when you eat one.
