I’ ve been metformin side effects very excited about full spectrum LED lighting for a long while. I know, I know the theory behind R:B is that by using more targeted spectra we can drive photosynthesis more efficiently in terms of micro-mole per watt, but I have also grown with LED lighting for quite a while now and have noticed that many varieties of plant experience certain morphological issues when grown using only red and blue, other plants grow to perfection. I’d seen the spectrum chart for some of the “white” diodes and notice that they where still mostly blue. I got to thinking that I’d like to try growing with an all white LED....
